Today I am going to be making EBI-KATSU | Shrimp cutlet.

Japanese people regard shrimp (Ebi) as special ingredients eaten on a special day.

This is a break down version of Ebi-fry which is made of large size Shrimp.

Umami explosion in your mouth!

・6 shrimp cutlet
350g shrimp
salt
pepper
all-purpose flour to dust

・batter
1 large egg
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon water

・Panko ※Moisten
1 cup Panko bread crumb

・oil for frying
