Hey my energy⚡️team! Hope you are ready to sweat and have tons of fun because I have a NEW 40 MIN CARDIO KICKBOXING WORKOUT AT HOME / Intense Fat Burn HIIT!

Kickboxing💥🥊has a unique way of turning any workout into a true sweat💦session. This is definitely a training type in which you get out what you put into it, so make sure to push yourself hard💫all the way through this routine💪🏼!

This type of training focuses on cardiovascular endurance, fat burning, stress reduction, improved coordination and speed. Intervals of cardio kickboxing exercises are combined with upper body, core and leg exercises that target the abdominals, obliques and lower back.
All of these combinations of moves can require quite a lot of coordination, which makes it true challenge and fun!

► DURATION: 40 minutes
►TIMER: 45 sec on, 15 sec off
