Hey folks,

We've got a Christmassy workout for you, it's our 12 Days of Fitmas. You'll need a pair (or maybe a couple of pairs) of weights for this workout.

Just like the song "The 12 Days Of Christmas" there are 12 exercises to complete ad you start with one rep of the first exercise, then two reps of the second exercise followed by the one rep of the first exercises etc until you complete 12 down to 1.

The 12 exercises are:
1 Inchworm
2 Overhead Presses
3 Tricep Press-Ups
4 Bent Over Rows
5 Press-Ups
6 Lateral Squats
7 Pairs of Lunges
8 Alternating Single Arm Snatches
9 Plank Up Downs
10 RDLs
11 Goblet Squats
12 Burpees
