Ghost in This House by Randy Schartiger

I recorded this song on Oct 6th 2011 and dedicate it to my friend Perry Sanson who passed May 20th of that year. RIP brother... Sorry for the technical difficulties in both audio and video. it must not be too bad tho because CMRRA, SGAE_CS and UMPG Publishing all three hit it with copyright claims, my dispute should be settled Feb 25 2018 AGAIN! I uploaded this a few years ago and they claimed against it then, I filed dispute and they honored it, we'll see if they do again or not.



Note: Utube seems to think this video contains copyright infringements and was flagged so let me point out I do NOT own this song or any portion of it, I merely attempt to perform it! UTUBE! I claim NO RIGHTS other than just to play the damn thing for enjoyment and/or teaching.


PS: today 02-25-18 the three parties mentioned above did drop their copyright claim but it's getting pretty bad when we can't play our guitars here on Youtube without getting claims and strikes for it! bastards!
