In this video, we will show you how to easily re-stretch an iCanvas canvas print to keep it looking its best. Follow these simple steps to tighten your canvas and ensure it stays in perfect condition!

Instructions -

Remove the Canvas from the Wall:

Take the loose canvas off the wall and place the loosest edge on the top of a towel atop a table.

Identify the Stretcher Keys:

Look for the small plastic parts in each corner of the canvas. These are the stretcher keys that will help you tighten the canvas.

Tap the Stretcher Keys:

Using a hammer, gently tap the stretcher keys downward toward the table. Start with the loosest edge and work your way around.
Rotate the canvas and repeat the tapping on the next side until the canvas is tight again.
You don't need to tap all four sides—just enough to tighten the canvas properly.

Watch for Wood Joint Spreading:

As you tap the keys, you may notice the wood joint spreading apart. This is normal and indicates the stretchers are working correctly.

Avoid Over-Tightening:

Be cautious not to over-tighten the canvas, as it can cause tears. Tears are rare, but if you encounter one, please contact our support team.
