From what I just discovered, it appears that only nano needle cartridges are permitted for consumer use; other cartridges are classified as prescription-only and available only to licensed healthcare professionals. Many websites (including Amazon and AliExpress) have stopped selling these products to consumers in the USA, and Temu is the last storefront offering them. I recently bought some supplies from Temu but they will likely stop selling these things very soon. This video was posted a long time ago when at-home treatments were widely accepted and normal.
