Diabetes Certificate Program

In collaboration with the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP), we have created a certificate program exploring the many facets of diabetes care and management. The certificate program is suitable for all members of the care team, including all post-graduate trainees interested in expanding their approaches to diabetes care and management. This innovative course is designed for those responsible for the care of patients with diabetes, primarily physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, physician assistants, and pharmacists.
