TP requirement is very high, maxed out in fact (for Gold talents) so I don't know the minimum level for this.

Damage may be tight to get it in 11 turns.

The clear is more stable if you have Flying Blade Armguard or Roaring Flint. Put it on Recruited Assassin and use it on the Apostle.

More damage on Stinger and Recruited Assassin will also help, either with engravings or more levels on the unit or gear.

Tempest has a chance to dispel Recruited Assassin's dodge if you equip the counterattack; with enough damage, the counterattack may not be necessary.
