This poem is about the unnamed Lady living in solitary confinement due to a curse upon her.
Her curse constrained her from interaction of the outer world.
She lives by seeing everything through the reflections in the mirror.
At last, she breaks conventions and rules and gets out to see the beautiful Knight called Sir Lancelot.
But, as soon as she comes out the mirror breaks and the curse begins to work on her.
At end, she dies and the poem ends.
