This guide shows the exact locations of all Ghost Orchids in Red Dead Redemption 2.
You need 5 Ghost Orchids to complete part of Exotics Request 3 for Algernon Wasp in Saint Denis, but this video includes all known spawn points so you can collect them easily.

Ghost Orchids grow in southern Lemoyne, mainly west of Saint Denis in swampy areas.

Note: Ghost Orchids (and all Exotic items) will not fully spawn until you’ve spoken to Algernon Wasp and received the official request.
