I like the way as you gradually increase the tempo you hear a polyrhythm from the measure beats in all the parts as well.

In this notation, 6/7 means six "seventh" notes to a measure so it has 7 beats to every 8 beats of the 6/8 and 9 beats of the 6/9.

So this is basically a 5:7:8:9 polyrhythm except that you accent every sixth beat in all the parts and play them all in a 6/8 type rhythm - the metronome also accents every third beat slightly to give a 6/8 feel.

Instruments here are:
For the 6/8: Bongo Hi, Bongo Lo, and Gonga Lo Open (for 6, 2 and measure beat)
For the 6/7: Closed Hi-Hat, Pedal Hi-Hat and Open Hi-Hat
For the 6/9: Agogo Bell Hi, Agogo Bell Lo and Cowbell
For the 6/5: Timbale Hi, Timbale Lo and Bass Drum
