Today, I’m taking you behind the scenes of the piping and final decoration of my vanilla–
raspberry yule log, created for the end of 2025.
🎨 An elegant and indulgent dessert, brought to life by the contrast between the vibrant pink of fresh raspberries, the softness of vanilla, and the intense notes of praline. Every detail was carefully designed for a finish that’s both festive and irresistible.

🍰 It is made of:
– Madeleine sponge with fresh raspberries
– Praline crunch
– Raspberry insert
– Vanilla bavarois
– Whipped vanilla ganache

✨ The result: a light and airy yule log, perfect after a long festive meal. Some guests couldn’t resist going back for a second slice 😋
