This is an excellent question! There is so much new construction in Punta Cana these days. We are breaking records for tourists and visitors coming to the Dominican Republic, surpassing our numbers from year to year. The Dominican Republic has recovered from the pandemic from a tourism standpoint ,and now we are breaking records for sales of new properties. We are actually short on resale inventory. Properties that had been sitting on the market are now being sold in record time and the number of resale properties is not keeping up with the demand.

As the demand continues for inventory we are filling the needs with pre-construction properties that are being developed throughout the country, and specifically in the Punta Cana area. People with existing properties can enjoy an appreciation in the value of their property, or they can put it on the market for a higher value and reap the benefits. At the end of the day, the new construction developments are good for the growth and value of the area, so let's be thankful for that and count our blessings!!!
