In this video I show you how to fix a Whirlpool washing maching when the agitator stops spinning. Generally it is because the coupler a very inexpensive part has broken, and can repaired in less than 20 minutes, but even a person with very little mechanical skill can probable fix this problem in less than an hour with two basic tools, a socket wrench and a flathead screw driver.

The prcoess is also very similar for Maytag, Sears, Kenmore, General Electrics (GE), and similar Whirlpool models. Believe it or not most of these machines are manufactured identically, and just branded differently.
