In today's stream highlight we 100% the IS-4!

I was genuinely surprised at how this tank held up in today's meta! The armor holds up very nicely and the gun seems to be although sometimes derpy, relatively reliable at mid to short ranges. The thing I hate is the limited number of shells. 9/10 tank.
