Tonight’s Topic: HAZARD
This week we will be considering the concept of “Hazard” in The Work. This is the element of fundamental uncertainty that can never be mitigated away through risk assessment and risk management. We can think of Hazard as the cosmic monkey wrench that makes life at large just a bit more interesting; it is the primordial seed sprouting the threat of danger as well as the temptation of adventure. If Hazard holds true as a “universal law” for our universe, then the possibility of failure is everywhere, ever-present. And yet, it is primarily through facing Hazard with courage and commitment that humans achieve their greatest aims.

When we understand how Hazard functions in everyday life for all lives, we can become more resilient and able to deal with the various curves our own individual life throws us. Clearly, all this Hazard stuff is bound to play quite the role within our Work -- so let’s discuss.
