Secondary server for Kevin Ha's Parsec Tournament!

As of right now we're still in our experminetal phases as we're still testing out certain things for the quality of the games. Some are in West Coast while I'm on the East so connections might vary for my server. This was to help run the tournament a lot faster and smoother.

Some other things to note with these matches:

Most are within the loser's bracket so I took care of those while Kevin did most of winner's all the way up til Top 8 which was streamed on his channel.

I switched to OBS Studio and used tonight as some testing for future events. Streamlabs kept giving me staticky stuttering noises for my streams which was very annoying to deal with.

Today the streams I had before and after the tournament had the sound come in clear but during the tournament for some reason I still had a stutter come in. However it was not nearly as bad as with Streamlabs so I had to accept what I got and cut my losses. I'll be using OBS Studio over Streamlabs from here on out as that tended to be more consistent.

If there's parts where the mic is muted it's because there were people in the background who don't know what the hell headphones are and were getting close to the mic or talking loudly so I had to mute myself several times. I apologize for any background noise you may hear. I live in a small place so some of the noise can't be helped unless I get other commentators next time.

This was a pretty successful test run all in all. We will be doing more of these in the future during this year all the way up to CEO in December and I hope more people wil attend! We may make some adjustments or try to run a region based thing in the future.
