GST 2.0 has kicked off with massive promises. The Prime Minister Modi - himself calling on people to partake in this ‘GST Bachat Utsav’ - While there are many high-points and course corrections in Next Gen GST Reforms - (like lower insurance premiums, cheaper groceries & lakhs slashed in car prices)….there is however a more worrying angle ….

The Govt has been forced to bring this GST Reforms (8 years late) because of a slowing consumption economy, US Tariffs looming and need to make business easier - however - even with reduced rates....does India have the money to spend in this great 'utsav' - or are we already drowning in debt???
