So if we talk about Agile, the Agile methodology is a project management approach that involves breaking the project into phases or cycles and emphasizing continuous collaboration and improvement.
Teams, in this approach follow a cycle of planning, execution, and evaluation.
It is based on the Agile Manifesto, a set of principles for software development that prioritize individuals and interactions, working software, customer collaboration, and responding to change.

How Scrum and Kanban differ:
Kanban uses visual tasks or a Kanban board to manage workflows, while Scrum focuses on processes or sprints.
Kanban is more flexible, while Scrum is time-bound.
Kanban boards don't need to have a beginning or end date, while Scrum runs on sprints, which are typically two-week work cycles.
Scrum has clearly defined processes and roles, while Kanban doesn't emphasize roles.
