Nicole Stout-Berliner’s dream of U.S. Olympic judo greatness is nothing short of inspiring.

From getting her start in rhythmic gymnastics to dominating the national judo scene, Nicole’s story is one of grit, resilience and breaking barriers.

Facing tough choices, she made the decision to pursue her dreams by moving to New York without her parents’ support. Once there, she stayed committed to her goals by balancing training, work and academics. Despite the challenges, Nicole persevered and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in 2021 with honors, but she didn’t stop there. Thanks to Guild and Team USA, she is now earning her Purdue Global MBA while training for her last shot at the Olympic Games.

With four national championships under her belt and an unrelenting drive, Nicole is determined to qualify for the LA28 Olympic Games — and pave the way for the next generation of athletes.

Her story is proof that chasing your dreams can change your life and inspire others to do the same.
