1. Open PowerShell as Administrator

2. Check the Current Execution Policy

   Run this command:
    Get-ExecutionPolicy

3. Change the Execution Policy

   Run this command:
Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser

4. Verify the Change
   Run this command:
      Get-ExecutionPolicy -List
5. Run Nodemon
   Run command:
     nodemon ./index.js
