FBS4 ECU Personalization by OBD WITHOUT Available Personalization Data Using ONLY AVDI!

Hello, friends!

Today I am going to show you how to personalize a donor ECU WITHOUT any personalization data available! It's a kind of magic, I am truly amazed by the ease and speed with which I have managed to personalize a used ECU in this 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupé.

The MN034 is the ONLY solution at this moment for personalization of FBS4 modules. The Personalization Expert license allows easy personalization of ALL virgin modules from the FBS4 generation of Mercedes DAS (Drive Authorization System).

This car has NO ECU whatsoever, thus NO personalization data is available. It is a very complicated situation normally. But not in this case. I have the MN034 FBS4 Personalization Expert license by ABRITES and I am not afraid to use it!

Install the donor ECU - could be a used one, or even a brand-new one, in the car. It is not operational, since it requires to be set to virgin state, and personalized. New, original or even virgin ECUs which have not been ordered by specific VIN number, cannot normally be personalized with available OEM tools, but with MN034 it can be done!

First, set the ECU to virgin state. Setting the donor ECU to virgin state takes a few seconds. After that, press the Personalize button and wait for the procedure to complete. This will take around 20 minutes. When personalization is successful, and you can start the vehicle, you can also change the VIN.
