I know. I KNOW! "Zak! You aren't my mother!!!" Yes this is most certainly true, for if I were you would be receiving a rubber thong boomerang to the head for your disobedience as you best be assured I would be THE Tiger Mum your friends all fear!

Anyway on to the video. With the up trend in people taking to the outdoors since the you know what world event and the rise of people clout chasing on social media. There seems to be a very obvious lack for any sort of safety advice for these noobs taking to the outdoors.

Look we all start somewhere and I want to help make that transition from couch potato to nature potato as safe as possible for you. So I do hope that this video in some way has made you more prepared to the adventures to be had in the outdoors.
