#FirstpostNews: Thousands of visitors gathered at the ancient Gubei Water Town, in Beijing's Miyun District, to watch spectacular traditional molten iron fireworks close to the Great Wall as part of Lunar New Year celebrations.

The footage captured on Wednesday shows the Chinese folk art fireworks display known as 'Datiehua', with showers of molten sparks lighting up the night sky as large crowds looked on. The festival, held near the Great Wall, also featured festive food, gift shops, and cultural performances.
