Ingredients - 材料 (Makes 12 - 制作12个)
1) Make The Filling (制作餡料)
150g radish - 150 克萝卜丝
150g pork - 150 克猪肉粒
20g dry shrimp - 20 克虾米
1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 茶匙盐
1/2 tsp chicken powder - 1/2 茶匙鸡粉
1 tsp sugar - 1 茶匙糖
1/4 tsp pepper - 1/4 茶匙胡椒粉
1 tbsp oyster sauce - 1 汤匙蚝油
1 tbsp oil - 1 汤匙油
100ml water - 100 毫升水
2 spring onions - 2 青葱(切粒)

2) Make The Oil Dough (油酥)
100g plain flour - 100 克普通麵粉
60g Butter - 60 克牛油

3) Make The Water Dough (水油皮)
200g plain flour - 200 克普通面粉
100ml water - 100ml 水
30g sugar - 30 克糖
30g butter - 30 克牛油
