Proposed Strategic Partnership between the University of Cape Town and AcademicJobs.com
An exclusive partnership with the University of Cape Town to outsource our sales operations for the UK, Europe, and Africa.
This collaboration presents UCT with a lucrative revenue-sharing opportunity, estimated at R10-20 million in the first year alone, based on a 50% revenue split. Imagine transforming student potential into a powerful revenue engine while enhancing global academic connections—this is your chance to lead innovation in higher education recruitment.
Proposal Overview AcademicJobs.com aims to replicate the proven model of Jobs.ac.uk, where Warwick University drives sales through student-led teams. Note: It is estimated that Warwick University generates an annual revenue stream of over GBP10 million (or ZA Rand236 million).
The University of Cape Town would establish a dynamic sales team of 36 part-time students to promote job postings on our platform to university recruitment teams across Africa, Europe, and the UK. This not only creates meaningful employment for your students but also positions UCT as a pioneer in AI-driven academic talent solutions.
