In this video, I review Mac Deluxe by Soma OG Medical Cannabis, a high-THC medical flower that’s been getting a lot of attention in the UK scene 👀

Unfortunately, this one just wasn’t for me.

I personally found Mac Deluxe to feel much more sativa-leaning ⚡ — a bit too racy and stimulating for my preference. I tend to look for calmer, more relaxing effects, and this didn’t quite hit that mark.

Another downside for me was the bud condition 🍂
The flower arrived very dry, lacking freshness, and it genuinely felt old or poorly stored, which impacted both the aroma and overall experience.

That said, effects and preferences are subjective, and this may still work well for patients who enjoy uplifting or daytime strains ☀️
