How to Get All Starters on Pokemon Red & Blue without a GameShark Code

In my first game playthrough in Pokemon Red & Blue, I'm demonstrating how to obtain those 3 starters by just overwritting your save file by soft-resetting and saving for 2-5 times in 15 minutes.

Steps:
1: Start normally, until you select your starter Pokémon in Oak's Lab.
2: Save and reset.
3: Start a new game.
4: After you do all the usual crap, save, then reset the emulator (or Game Boy) about 2 frames in (wait until the Yes/No Dialogue Box disappears). Any earlier corrupts the save; any later overwrites the previous save file.
5: Selecting "continue" makes you have the starter Pokémon from the last save. Continue and do all the crap, until you get another starter.
6: Repeat 2-5
7: Congrats, you now have all three starter Pokémon in the first 15 minutes of the game!
