How to sync your Orbi router and satellites

Описание к видео How to sync your Orbi router and satellites

In this video, we will show you how to sync your Orbi router and satellites.

To begin, make sure that the router and satellite are receiving power.
Then, press the Sync button on the back of the router. You will notice that the ring LEDs will light up. This means that for the next 2 minutes your Orbi router is ready to receive a satellite.
Within these two minutes, press the sync button on an Orbi satellite.
The satellite ring LED will begin to pulse with a white light.
This will go on or about a minute and a half... after which, the satellite will show one of the following colors on the LED ring.

Solid Amber. If this is the case, we recommend getting your Orbi router and satellite closer to each other to avoid slow communication between router and satellite.

Solid magenta. If the LED rings are solid magenta for three minutes, your router and satellite failed to sync.
They may be too far apart, there may be too many obstacles between them, or there may be some other problem. Try finding a better location for the satellite or the router and try again.

Solid blue. If the LED rings are solid blue for three minutes, your router and satellite are successfully synced.

If you need to sync additional satellites to the router, repeat these steps for each one of satellites, one at a time.
