All new this season the car now sports a full tube chassis with a double frame rail, spindle mount struts with new weld rims, rear Menscer shocks, 33/16.5/15 Mickey Thomson’s rear slicks, braco converter, new MSD grid ignition system, thus resulting in a new weight of 3120lbs.
As Edwin completed his fastest pass to date to end the season he rewarded his middle son Joseph with a chance to take the car down the 1/4 mile for all the help throughout the year not only crewing but working on the car too. Pretty cool to see the proud father along with Joseph's girlfriend Jazz smiling as Joseph strapped in to make his pass. Eventually down the road he will take over racing the car. For next season they have acquired a foxbody mustang so Joseph can start racing along with his father.
