اتر پردیش حکومت کا لو جہاد روکنے لیے لاگو غیر قانونی مذہب تبدیل قانون 2020 اور اتراکھنڈ حکومت کا مذہب کِ آزادی قانون 2020 کے خلاف عدالتِ اعظمٰی میں دائر درخواست کی بنا پر ان قانونوں پر پابندی عائد کرنے سے نکار دیا اور چیف جسٹس اس اے بوڈبے نے کہا چُکی اس طرح کے معاملات ریاست کے عدالتِ عالیہ مثلا اللہ آباد ہائی کورٹ میں پہلے سے دائر ہے اسلئے پہلے وہاں جائے فر عدالتِ اعظمٰی کا دروازہ کھٹکھٹائے، ہم یہ نہیں کہہ رہے ہیں کِ آپکا مقدمہ غلط ہے، اور اگلے سنوائی کِ تاریخ 4 ہفتے بعد دے دیا،
دائر کیے درخواست میں لو جہاد روکنے کے لیے لاگو کیے گئے قانون آئیں کِ دفاع 21 اور دفاع 25 کے خلاف ہونے کا دعویٰ کیا گیا ہے جو انسانی زندگی کے بنیادی حقائق اور مذہد کو آزادی کے متعلق ہے، غور طلب ہے کہ ان نئے قانُون نے کئی بیگناہوں کو مصیبت میں مبتلا کر دیا اور ڈر کا ماحول بنا دیا ہے، اسک ساتھ یہ بھی کہا گیا ہے یہ کیسی بھی افراد کو غلط فسانے کِ لیے استعمال کیا جا سکتا ہے،
