Now that I've looted the entire first area (Hopeville), I move onward into the collapsed overpass tunnel. In here, I fight abominations called Hulking Tunnelers. I use flare guns and flashbangs to scare the shitpiss right out of them, then I finish them off with the shoulder-mounted machine gun
