Most notably, he's trimmed his position in his largest public holding, Apple. In fact, he’s cut his stake in Apple by more than half compared to what it used to be. With all this selling, there's been a lot of speculation about what’s going on. Is Buffett preparing for a major market correction? Considering the S&P 500 is at an all-time high and trading at a historically high P/E ratio, many people believe the market is overvalued. Some argue that Warren Buffett sees this overvaluation, and that’s why he’s been selling and holding onto so much cash, is he getting ready for a correction?
