Ingredients*
For the tomato sauce:
• 5 tomatoes
• 2 large bell peppers
• 1 scotch bonnet pepper
• 1-2 small onions
• head garlic
• 4 pimento peppers (for flavor)

Ingredients*
For the chicken
• whole chicken cut up or pieces of choice
• onion
• 3 garlic gloves
• fresh thyme
• 1 tablespoon curry powder
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 3 crushed chicken bouillon cubes or Maggi season up
• 1 cup water

rice:
• ¼ cup oil
• 2 small chopped onion
• 6oz tomato paste
• 2 cups tomato sauce
• 2-3 bay leaves
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• 2 teaspoons crushed chicken cube
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 2 teaspoons curry powder
• 4 cups raw rice of choice
• 1-2 cups chicken stock
