Raga Hansadhwani is a pentatonic raga; Having it's roots in Carnatic music it is widely accepted in Hindustani classical music as well. It is an evening raga that belongs to the Bilawal Thaat. It's Vadi note is Sa (tonic) and Samvadi note is Pa (dominant).

Aaroha (Ascending) : Sa Re Ga Pa Ni Sa
Avroha (Descending) : Sa Ni Pa Ga Re Sa

This composition is a humble attempt to improvise on Raga Hansadhwani. Starting off with a short Alaap then a Bandish and Improvisation in Teental (Drut).
