in this video, I made a simple IR alarm circuit that activates when the IR beam falls on the IR receiver and stops when the beam is blocked or removed.
This project uses an IR emitter and IR receiver to create a basic line-of-sight detection system.

The alarm (buzzer) turns ON only when the IR light reaches the sensor. When an object comes in between or the IR beam is interrupted, the alarm turns OFF.
This circuit does not use Arduino or any microcontroller, so it is perfect for beginners and students.

Components used are very basic:

IR LED (Emitter)

IR Receiver

Resistor

Buzzer

3.7V Battery
