In this video we show you the Alumaster 2.0. The Alumaster 2.0 with electric monorail trolley is an electric horizontal spray boom and has been developed from practical experience. The control of the boom is done on a smartphone, tablet or laptop, making the boom easy to operate at all times.

The sturdy undercarriage and rigid construction create an even spray pattern. The aluminum profile provides rigidity and is fitted with mounting slots, making it easy to mount additional components and/or materials.

The boom is mounted under an aluminum profile to provide rigidity and is fitted with mounting slots, making it easy to mount additional components and/or materials.

Spray boom control
The necessary program to control the spray boom is installed on your smartphone, tablet or laptop. This makes the boom easy to operate at all times, even by multiple users.

Spray boom trolley
The trolley is equipped with electrically driven wheels and hydraulically controlled coupling tubes so that the spray boom can cross over seamlessly from the roof to the mother trolley and vice versa.

In deze video laten we je de Alumaster 2.0 zien. De Alumaster 2.0 met elektrische monorail verplaatsingswagen is een elektrische horizontale spuitboom en is ontwikkeld vanuit de praktijkervaring. De aansturing van de spuitboom wordt gedaan op een smartphone, tablet of laptop, waardoor de spuitboom te allen tijde gemakkelijk te bedienen is.

Door het stevige rijwerk en stijve constructie ontstaat er een gelijkmatig spuitbeeld. Het aluminium profiel zorgt voor stijfheid en is voorzien van montage sleuven, waardoor er, gemakkelijk extra onderdelen en/of materialen gemonteerd kunnen worden.

Spuitboom

Aansturing spuitboom
Het benodigde programma voor aansturing van de spuitboom wordt op aanwezige smartphone, tablet of laptop geïnstalleerd. Hierdoor is de spuitboom te allen tijde gemakkelijk te bedienen, ook door meerdere gebruikers.

Spuitboom Verplaatsingswagen
De verplaatsingswagen is voorzien van elektrisch aangedreven wielen en hydraulisch aangestuurde koppelbuizen, zodat de spuitboom naadloos over kan steken vanuit de kap naar de moederwagen en vice versa.
