Episode two explores how BLM uses "lure and attack" tactics to bait law enforcement into organized protest areas for the purpose of attacking them once they arrive and then forcing them into retreat.
Such "lure and attack" methods are designed to force law enforcement to acknowledge that state officials have no legal authority in the area.
If successful, the newly created police-free zone is then be used as a communist base to promulgate Marxism on hosting cities.
