So these are the two primary admixture plants for ayahuasca. Now this gentleman here, Don Fidel Mozambite, was my first informant for the ayahuasca phase of my research and Don Fidel, it turned out to be a lucky discovery because this guy was the real deal. He knew his plants very well, he knew how to prepare ayahuasca, he was very kind, he let us hang out and sample it and take samples to analyze and he understood what the agenda was, he understood that there was science involved and he was cooperative and this fellow was discovered earlier by Terrence and Kat on a previous trip to Pucalp in Peru. So I had an introduction and we had other informants but Don Fidel turned out to be one of the best informants I ever worked with.
