Sample workout circuit

Crunches: 3 sets of 12-15 reps

Lying Leg Raises: 3 sets of 12-15 reps

Russian Twists: 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps per side

Plank: 2-3 sets, hold for 30-60 seconds or until failure

Reverse Crunches: 2-3 sets of 15-20 reps

Mountain Climbers: 2-3 sets, 15-20 reps per side
