Fallout 4 - Building at Coastal Cottage 01 (Ruined House Repair)

This series covers the construction of my settlement at Coastal Cottage. Apart from Place Everywhere no settlement object mods were used, and only uses vanilla and DLC objects.

In this video I repair the ruined house creating a warehouse style work shed with access to the small cave, some living quarters on the ground floor, and a larger house with a balcony on the rooftop.

Unlike my other build videos where I normally show everything being placed, I have already setup two floor pieces to act as snap points for the rest of the build. Lining these pieces up can be a pain, and seeing as the video is already a little long, wanted to place these first so people did not have to sit and watch me fiddle around trying to get them correctly placed.
