Victor's biology was altered after merging with a Fatherbox, whose "soul" attempted to take over Victor's mind and body time and again. However, thanks to the combined efforts of Halo and the Mobius Chair, the Fatherbox's soul was removed from Victor's body and returned to the Source, altering his mechanics to be Mobius technology instead, as well as giving him full control of his new cybernetics.
