We also take a tour of the resort's permaculture garden, where the resort plans to grow fresh ingredients to enhance their mixology and cooking classes, all complimentary for guests! 🍹👨‍🍳 Plus, we made a stop at Don Ramiro’s, a local favorite known for its custom dishes and deep connection to the culture of the region. We didn’t record the meal, since it felt disrespectful, but it’s a must-visit!!
