{ Recipe }

[ Sticky Rice ]
4 cups sweet rice
1/2 cup soy sauce (add salt for a more savory flavor)
1/2 cup dark soy sauce
28 bamboo leaves (soak in water over night)

[ Meat ]
1/2 pack of ground turkey (any meat would work)
5 stalks of cilantro
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoon cooking wine
3 teaspoon chicken bouillon

[Cook]
Place Sticky Rice in water. Bring to a boil then simmer in medium heat for 2.5 to 3 hours.
