If you're looking for a workout that's super easy and opposite from the usual squats and lunges, this leg toning workout is guaranteed to promote sexy toned legs. These exercises work wonders to strengthen, tone and tighten your legs. It doesn't require any equipment and is perfect for beginners.

Here is the routine with this workout video:

SMALL SQUATS (UP AND DOWN)
Keep your hands on your hips and knees together.

KNEE LIFTS
Lift your knees one by one.

SLOW BUTT KICKERS
Kick your foot back towards your butt.

CALF RAISES INWARDS
Point toes inwards and raise your heels (use a chair for support if needed)

CALF RAISES OUTWARDS
Point toes outwards and raise your heels (use a chair for support if needed)

COOL DOWN STRETCH
Make your leg straight and bend your toes backward. (one leg at a time)
