This is my portable tying station that you can make in a couple afternoons in the workshop. It can be used as a lap top station or put on a picnic bench. I've even used it in my truck to tie during a lightning storm. It can contain all you need to tie a large selection of flies on the go.
Is designed to fit in backpack.
There are some rudimentary plans at the end of video portion. Easily customize to your tying and traveling needs,
