What is the AIBE Exam?
AIBE is a national-level examination conducted by the Bar Council of India to assess whether provisionally enrolled advocates or fresh law graduates have the aptitude to practice law. The exam is an open book test and evaluates candidates' analytical abilities along with a basic understanding of law subjects.

BCI has extended the application process of AIBE (XV) 15 until December 23. Earlier, AIBE 2020 was scheduled to be held on August 16 in a pen-paper based test but it got postponed. Now, the BCI Monitoring Committee has decided on a fresh exam date after analysing the situation and shared that AIBE 2020 will be held on January 24, 2021.
