Welcome to Vedatrics!
In this video, I explain what Lean really means in the simplest way possible.
We often talk about cutting down the “extra” in our lives — extra oil, extra sugar, late-night snacks, even extra people at weddings (😅). But why do we do this? Because the extra doesn’t add value — it is waste.
That’s exactly what Lean is about. Reducing waste and continuously improving every single day.
In Lean terms:
Waste = Muda (Japanese)
Continuous Improvement = Kaizen
We already apply Lean in our everyday lives. The real question is — why not apply Lean in our business too?
Watch the full video to understand Lean in a fun, practical, and simple way.
