The “King of Flames” himself built this one-off custom narrow glide with a Ness frame and an 89 cubic inch Evo strapped inside of it. The long and low ride has a 39mm front end which keeps the slim look of the bike going from front to back. Custom wheels, fenders and tank are all painted to style with the signature purple that DP loves to spray. Pinstriping and flames adorn the bike throughout and still look sharp and bright after three decades on the road. Dave originally built the bike for himself but sold it at Sturgis after getting an offer he couldn’t refuse. Eventually the bike made its way into the garage of his friend Nolan, but after Nolan passed it was bequeathed back to Dave and his daughter Jody where it lives now in their collection.
