This video is about my customer service experience with Aquaillumination. I had a spectrum issue with my AI Prime 16 HD and had to use the warranty for replacement of the light. This video will walk you through that process.

The first thing I did was go to their website, find contact us and send in an email with the details of my warranty complaint to their customer service.

I got a receipt confirmation from the site. The next day a customer service manager responded asking for additional details. I sent in the requested information and pictures of the issue.

I got another from the same person saying the issue would be handled under warranty and gave me a number to call. I called and was given the option of send in for repair or utilize the SEP Program. I chose the SEP Program (Service Exchange Program)

The SEP Program is a program where they send you a new light with a return label for the old light. You must return the old light or they will charge you for it. They will
